This position is responsible for manufacturing, fabricating and assembling composite parts using preimpregnated materials, epoxy resins, fiberglass, carbon, structural adhesives, rivets, and threaded and blind fasteners and other tools required in this position.
This position is responsible for the production of in house manufactured/machined parts as well as programming and set up procedures of the CNC equipment. Responsible for machining parts to the exact engineered drawing specifications and inspected to meet specified Quality Control inspections. It is also the responsibility of this position to service and maintain all CNC equipment, CNC tools and accessories as well as keeping log books on all CNC inventory.
This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing and installing avionic panels for Lancair and other experimental aircraft.

Position is responsible for performing build up and assembly of customers’ aircraft and other composite projects to include fixtures with minimum supervision. Inspection and sign off authority for completed projects and oversee Assembly Technicians.
